How to Unlock Additional Character Slots

Your forum Trust Level (TL) unlocks extra character slots automatically through normal participation. Each new level grants one additional slot, up to 4 slots max via trust levels.

Trust Level → Character Slots

  • TL0 (New): 1 slot (default)
  • TL1 (Basic user): 2 slots
  • TL2 (Member): 3 slots
  • TL3 (Regular): 4 slots (max via trust levels)

How to reach each level:

  • TL1 (Basic user) — very quick for most people:
    • Read at least 30 posts
    • Visit/enter at least 5 topics
    • Spend ~10 minutes reading
  • TL2 (Member) — rewards regular use over weeks:
    • Visit the forum on at least 15 different days (not consecutive)
    • Read at least 100 posts
    • Spend ~60 minutes reading
    • Reply to at least 3 different topics
    • Give 1 like and receive 1 like
    • Visit/enter at least 20 topics
  • TL3 (Regular) — for dedicated long-term contributors (rolling last 100 days):
    • Visit at least 50% of days
    • Reply to at least 10 different non-PM topics
    • Read ~25% of new topics & posts created in that period
    • Give 30 likes and receive 20 likes (spread across users/days, non-PM)
    • No more than 5 confirmed spam/offensive flags
    • No suspension/silence in last 6 months

Trust levels are automatic — just log in regularly, read threads, like good posts, and contribute (questions, replies, feedback). The system rewards genuine activity and discourages spam. TL3 can even be lost if activity drops, but you get a grace period after reaching it.

(The 5th slot remains Patreon-only for instant max slots, no trust grind needed.)

I think it takes a minimum period of 100 days, and your account was created last month. Still need to wait a bit probably, these levels are also automatic so I can’t see the exact stats without looking into the database.

So, I reached trust level 2, and I thought we are supposed to gain access to the second save slot?

If I click on the 2nd save slot, it tells me to subscribe to Patreon.

Can you try to clear cache and login again? You should have 3 available slots at Trust level 2.

it shows my trust level is still 0

Wow, 2 character slots? IM sold. How do I reach trust lvl 2, does it have to do anything with the amount of time I play or been active in this community?
