i think i figured it out why that glitch occurred, it doesnt occur when you have solid structures beneath you while login/logout, same can be applied with sea, its a thin layer and login/logout makes you glitch below the water and you can walk on seabed, same is the case with sheds.

you can also go inside the mine from there by just login/logout and moving where you think mine is before it loads in, if you are curious.
