10k is the base price. it is very useful incase you want to protect your house in new hotfix wherein mobs can destroy houses. likely wont be fixed soon(cuz it happens due to clash of 2 base systems of game).you will be told the info in your dm. in case of 2 requests, higher bidder wins.
