This is a normal error that occurs if you quickly exit and try to rejoin. The server has not yet saved your character, so you need to wait 5-10 minutes for your character to be saved and for your account to be automatically logged out.

was trying to create a character when i clicked on female heirax , i got disconnected. sorry for disturbing your dinner :’).
I had this problem too earlier, for now I will reboot the server.

Are you still having an issue connecting? I just checked and your character seems to have been successfully logged out now.

Can you try again? I checked and it looks like your character is logged out.
You should be able to log in again after 5-10 minutes. The server needs time to save your character to the database if you suddenly exit or there is an error.
Can I ask what triggered this? Did you just close the game or did you get an error while playing?

Yes it worked after a few minutes then I tried exiting the game normally and logging back in and there was no problem
However when i tried closing the game browser window and then logging back in the problem occurred again so thats what is triggering it, probably
